Don’t think twice - it’s PERFECT!!!
Definitely the best resort we’ve ever stayed in! Beautiful and spacious rooms, super clean, the service is amazing, everyone is incredibly friendly, genuine, accommodating and professional, special thanks to the reception team who helped with all of our fussy requests, the canteen worker Mahmoud Abd Alshfy who made our day with his positive energy and Bedo from the animation team who organised the amazing partying part of our holiday and who we had good chats with. The food was gorgeous - great variety of meals, they do grill outside every day as well and cook a lot of meals in front of you ???? The food quality and taste are outstanding! You HAVE TO go to their shisha bar, I have shisha quite often, but the one there was the best I’ve ever had! Amazing cocktails too and the prices are weirdly very low. They have lots of activities, parties, games, entertainment pretty much non stop. Also they’ve got spa and Beaty salon, can recommend both

Very Good
I can say that this resort definitely has the best buffet among the resorts I have tried. The staff is clean, the hotel is clean and well decorated. The view was beautiful
There is no possibility of having hot and cold air conditioning. The control unit is unique and was set to cold air when I stayed there in December. However the staff immediately provided me with 2 hot heaters, which I must say did the job!

Exceptional
One of the best relaxing places, hospitable team specialy Mr.Mohamed at the reception, he ahow tremendous effort to answer all our need,the food was regular and standard, not so premium but as good test and varitas, the hygiene is perfect and the pool is cristal, the best thing is the crouse trip which starts from the hotel marina and back to the same point where you don't go outside the hotel, entertainment is great and many couse places and relaxing point,where you can enjoy the weather and and the places, vert quite and calm place.
